Some random stranger came and helped me carried the flag for ½ mile today. Some one I met on the street. He was very excited and I thought it was pretty cool.

 

·Only 4 miles around my neighbor hood. Preparing for the Hawaii Marathon.

Came back to work late. Just ran around the neighborhood today.
